You see People elitism, effrontery, privilege and hypocrisy appears and comes in all sorts of forms, but its most insidious and nefarious guise, is when it struts its corruption, pushing that Animal Farmesque "some animals are more equal than others". Which in this context and the Nick Minockian World View, there is distinction within the accountability-function of the Commonwealth's governance. Or to put it simply opprobrium and sanction exist for certain invidious and select circumstances of the Commonwealth's Social Contract, while others are excused and even flat out told to ignore and break the law. Well the unforseen consequences of such a World View, which I'm sure the Sinclair Media tendency of Mr. Minok's employment along with its Washington Examiner compatriot could care less. Because in their stance do we come to terms with the naked intent of their grasp of the Social Contract and THE LAW. I BEGIN: So on 10/2/26 Mr. Nick Minock the Emmy Award winning Investigative Journalist, in the employ of Sinclair Media surveyed our Universe of business of human existence and decided that the recent activities of Virginia's Parole Board as it complied with Virginia's law with granting the Virginia Prisoner Parole, (which by the way is the one and only singular purpose and raison d' etre of Parole is its grant to the Prisoner), was the most pressing bane which his ferreting investigative prowess had to assiduously illuminate or the entire edifice of Virginia's Social Contract, would months into the historic Administration of Governor Abigail Spanberger crumble, disassemble, implode, (pick your descriptive). But here is the problem with Mr. Minock's work, his critique of the Virginia Parole Board, wasn't that of pursuing its reform because he had insight that it was at dialectical odds with the Constituted Aspirations of the People of the Commonwealth. Instead he was criticizing the Board for doing its job by obeying and complying with Virginia's law. The law exist to release the eligible Prisoner. It doesn't exist to deny Parole but to GRANT it. Whether the Prisoners granted Parole are "worthy" of the laws application, isn't Mr. Minocks purview. Which exactly is the Speech of a Social Contract. For over a 150 years the Commonwealth of Virginia in violation of the terms of its readmission into the Union of the United States, criminally denied the franchise to a demography of the Commonwealth.[see KING v. O'BANNON 817 F. SUPP.3d 354]. Now regardless that the extremism of the World View, contained within Mr. Minock's flailing at the Parole Board, is idealistic there is a juncture where its posturing is exposed as in KING that it's sole claim is to extra-judicialism or in its base form, lawlessness. Because without the law which Mr. Minock shortsightedly decries the Board for complying with and applying there isn't even the circumstance to "even", maintain the indictment of the imprisonment cause of Nick Minock's ire. Furthermore, reminiscently invoking "actions" of the Parole Board under Glenn Youngkin are simply indicative of the lawless nature of Mr. Minock's stance. Because the behavior of the Parole Board under Youngkin was clearly fraudulent. For one, its components were collecting their Virginia tax payer funded six figure pay checks at the blatant expense of not doing their law mandated duties. This political tendency to achieve failed electoral positions by the dictatorship of criticism evidenced by Mr. Minock's work only animates the latent inherent corruption of the Social Contract.
