A 2025 YEAR END SHOUT OUT TO THOSE MINDS AND HEARTS WHO HAVE RESOLUTELY AND STEADFASTLY STOOD WITH US THE VIRGINIA PRISONER By William Thorpe

I Begin first with this apology, all Virginians who have the designation, Family, Loved One and Friend of an imprisoned Virginian, whether within the borders of the Commonwealth of Virginia or that special category of shipped out of state to another States Prison System, I don't know who you individually are, but collectively the solidarity and recognition this SHOUT OUT presents is also yours and with that WE ARE IN STRENGTH. The Minds and Hearts who have stood with the Virginia Prisoner in 2025 are diverse and unique as their contributed energies and resources, each according to their abilities, devoted and directed towards the realization of the simple Social Contract proposition, that the Virginia prisoner as a creation of Law as such the law in its embodiment and personification in the Virginia Prison Official who is tasked with the privilege, bestowed by the People of Virginia, their idea of imprisonment as function of their Justice Application must do their duties and be Accountable under and within the professional morality and ethics of compliance with the Law. This Shout Out, isn't the vehicle to present that analysis of the obvious dysfunction within Virginia's Social Contract and its terms that is necessitating that these unelected minds and hearts, focus of this Shout Out are doing what our elected leaders and legislators who are Constitutionally oath bound should be doing.

A 2025 SHOUT OUT TO THOSE DOING THE PEOPLES WORK OF HOLDING THE VIRGINIA PRISON OFFICIAL ACCOUNTABLE Stacey Thorpe of VIRGINIA PRISONS ACCOUNTABILITY COMMITTEE (vapac) is an indomitable and tireless voice in advancing that simple proposition that:the Virginia Prison Official isn't above the law, We Salute her In Strength. Kevin Jeanes of PRISON TOKS is a force of nature, relentless in his advocacy for the Virginia prisoner, We Salute him In Strength. Dawn Bryant of CCCAN is resolute in the understanding that imprisonment isn't an excuse for the Virginia Prison official to exercise sadistic urgings on the Virginia prisoner, We Salute her vigilance In Strength. Sandy Hausman of RADIO IQ has shown what journalism covering the Virginia Prison official is and means, as opposed to the propaganda shills of Virginia's Corporate Media, We Salute her In Strength. Annette Blankenship of VIRGINIA PRISONS ACCOUNTABILITY COMMITTEE (vapac) is proof that information is the great instructor and her tireless contributions have empowered a many loved ones of the Virginia prisoner with necessary perspectives,We Salute her In Strength. Kimberley Snodgrass of IAHR epitomizes the Mother of a Son imprisoned under the savage and barbarous conditions of Virginia Prisons and will not be silenced nor muted, because she understands as a Veteran that Constitutional Oath and its No One is Above Law and its Accountability, We Salute her In Strength. Karen Morrison is a Parole Advocate who articulates the truism that parole is an inherent component and aspect of Virginia's imprisonment scheme, even when certain Virginia Politicians due to the short sightedness of political opportunity have conveniently compromised and forgotten its enlightenment and civilizing function. We Salute her In Strength. Pastor Harvey Yoder of THE VALLEY JUSTICE COALITION is a tireless voice reminding us that the "Faith" our Virginia political leaders profess shouldn't be a performative, academic and theological exercise but its redemptive anticipations relative to the Virginia prisoner are practical according to their held tenets.We Salute him In Strength.
