Now we all know that's a lie and no matter how many different ways, they (the Virginia Prison Official) say it or how many fonts they say it with in their "Mission Statement", We, The People (of course including the Prisoner, especially the prisoner) are under no sets of delusions, that the only motive force animating them, the Virginia Prison Official, is the expected paycheck and the satisfaction of their depraved and demented psychotic and sadistic stirrings and the comedy of this, is its crass unoriginality. I BEGIN: Let me pose this question, what is the average and typical experience of any Virginian visiting an imprisoned loved one or friend, in Virginia's Prisons'? The descriptive begins with: Tension, Anxiety then Frustration right and its morph into Exasperation, then Indignation from the thinly concealed Disrespect emanating from the prison official, plateauing with you the visitor's ire at the unwarranted and uncalled for Injustice of the entire experience, all because you the visitor had the temerity, the gall, right to, exercise your NATURAL RIGHT, along with your APPROXIMATE RIGHTS AND LEGAL TERMS OF VIRGINIA'S SOCIAL CONTRACT, by daring to visit your imprisoned loved one and its the fact of the INJUSTICE, that I want to speak a bit to. Injustice naturally is apposite to Justice, with Justice as a contextual derivative of terms of The Social Contract, which exist as construct, mechanism, medium and Terms, because of All of The People (including the Prison Official). So that indignation of the visitor to the Virginia prison, is a correct, normal, natural and healthy response and reaction to the clear and obvious corruption in its context of violations, compromises and denigrations of firstly, the visitor's Natural Right and secondly, the visitor's rights under the approximate legality of the Social Contract and this encapsulates that lack of accountability antagonism, which the Virginia prison official occupies as terms of existence with The People (including themselves in its form as a contradiction of their professional behavior).What all of this translates into, which isn't some novel emergence, but the obvious matter of fact, that there isn't some sort of pre-existeing, primordial or archetypal construct, but the NATURAL RIGHT of the Virginia Visitor exist in itself, without suppositionary zeal, not as something other but as ALL OF THE PEOPLE and when the Virginia prison official expresses disdain at their presence as Visitor, that is the beginning and inception of impunity and its above-the-lawism. The Virginia prison official by exhibiting a hostile and viscerally belligerent conduct as a professional state with the visitor (which is a corrupted dynamic of the social contract) is imposing, because of their existence as a constituted sovereign element of the Commonwealth, an undemocratic and tyrannical fact on what is Virginia's Due Process of Law. In other words, contrary to the evidenced assumption by the prison official's conduct and professional behavior, that the animus is a latent and unstated extra-judicial disposition due to the existence of the Virginia prisoner and towards the imprisoned Virginian, as prisoner, the only subject of their impunity and its casualty is the entire construct and formulation of The Social Contract and the Rule of Law. With this understanding and the accompanying responsibility, The Virginian is equally responsible for their experience and the tolerated impunity of the Virginia prison official, silence is complicity.
